3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Sovid integrates with the following third-party services to provide its functionality:

• Google / YouTube API Services: We use the YouTube Data API to access your channel data, video statistics, and to upload or manage videos on your behalf. Your use of YouTube data is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS): We use AWS S3 for secure video file storage and AWS infrastructure for application hosting and processing.
• Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

You can revoke Sovid's access to your Google account at any time via Google Security Settings.

4. INFORMATION SHARING

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• With third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) to publish or manage content as you direct
• With infrastructure and service providers who assist in operating our service (AWS, Stripe)
• To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or protect our rights
• With your consent or at your explicit direction

5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Historical video statistics are retained to power analytics dashboards and trend charts.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion:

• Your video files stored on AWS S3 will be permanently deleted
• Your account data, video metadata, and statistics will be removed from our database
• Connected platform authorizations will be revoked

6. DATA SECURITY

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and secure cloud infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:
